AngosturaThe classic aromatic bitters from Trinidad, used by the dash like salt and pepper.
celery bittersSavory bitters, great in Bloody Marys and gin drinks.
dashAbout 1/32 of an ounce. Bitters are measured in dashes.
mole bittersBitters with cacao, chile and cinnamon.
orange bittersBitters flavored with orange peel, used in Martinis and many stirred drinks.
Peychaud'sBright red New Orleans bitters, essential in a Sazerac.
salineA few drops of salt water. Doesn't make it salty, just brighter and rounder.
tiki bittersBitters with allspice, cinnamon and tropical spices.
tinctureA strong alcohol extract of one ingredient (pepper, cacao, etc.) used by the drop.
